Intemperantia, is Latin for self-indulgence.

Our chocolates now is produced here in the US but adheres to the same recipes from Switzerland.  

Our chocolate is processed the traditional way following generations of experience. We start with only the best bean which is put through a longer process in order to produce a smoother quality product.  There are no artificial ingredients, colors, or flavorings used in our chocolates, and we use only the finest liquors and nuts. Only 100% cocoa butter is used, without oils or substitutes. We maintain temperatures and conditions at optimum levels at all times.
